Each perfume glass vial produced from the bottle maker is directly queued to enter the random annealing furnace. Perfume glass vials require a 550-annealing process at 600 degrees for 50 minutes. Annealing is to protect the stress control of perfume glass vials to achieve the bottle's compression and drop resistance. Then the perfume glass vial goes to the next link, and the packaging is checked manually. There are three categories of inspectors: inspecting and perfume glass vials, inspecting packaging and sampling. Manual inspection of packaging is divided into inspection and perfume glass vials, packaging into small boxes, inspection of small box bottles, wrapping, heat sealing, inspection packaging and sampling.
